For more details, please visit http://www.Kohlercompany.ComThe Analyst, Digital Enablement is responsible for maintaining the Smart Factory IT infrastructure for both KPS associates and the KPS Mosel, GK, and Saukville plant IT infrastructure (PCs, printers, scanners, monitors, pagers, TV etc.).SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESWorks side-by-side with Manager – IT, PG Technology & Delivery PMO to ensure the day-to-day IT infrastructure of the KPS Mosel, GK, and Sauk plant is functioning at optimal at capacityConduct routine physical inventory – update ServiceNow with location / pillar and computer asset tracker.Setup replacement manufacturing computers and install programs that are needed for the location.Administers the installation of Kohler Power System Division systems utilizing corporate systems, PC applications and peripherals (label machines, scanners, printers, barcode equipment, etc.).Partner with Maintenance on the installation of hardware components for installation of computers, monitors, televisions, scanners, etc.Smart Factory component troubleshooting supporting Eye on Production and Digital Work Instruction devices.Assists with administering the IT “help desk” activities for KPS associates.Provide component maintenance and support for: * Printers – Zebra / Handhelds / Dymo * Tablets (used for Smart Factory) * Scanners (used for Smart Factory) * Mfg Computers – Mosel / GK / Sauk * New Associate Computer Setup (In Person pickup or Ship) As Needed * Miscellaneous Components (keyboard/mouse/PowerPoint pointer) * Conference Room EquipmentSkills/RequirementsAssociate Degree required (IT related preferred)Experience in PC management, problem solving, and troubleshooting network problemsPreferred to also have experience in programming and experience in a manufacturing environmentDell Certified (preferred)To fully demonstrate our commitment to the health, safety, and wellbeing of our associates, we are requiring all U.S.
