REMOTE – Quantitative Developer C#.Net, T-SQL

Investment Manager with a large real estate portfolio is looking for a C#.Net Quantitative Developer with strong technology skills, residential real estate finance knowledge, and experience with web development.The role is 100% remote. The team develops and enhances technology tools and performs analytics and valuation on whole loans and residential mortgage asset-backed securitizations.Responsibilities:Write code in C# that ingests and exports data to/from Excel and Microsoft databasesUse Microsoft SQL to manipulate, aggregate, analyze and display databased dataMigrate Excel models into C# code for the firm’s website applicationDevelop and enhance back end and front-end attributes to a .Net website applicationManipulate and move data into and out of Snowflake database warehousesRequirements:3+ years of relevant experienceBS in a quantitative field (advanced degrees preferred but not required)Must have solid understanding and familiarity with residential real estate, REIT’s, RMBS and/or whole loan tradingMust have experience working with complex Excel data, manipulating data using SQL and writing code in C#, or some other object-orientated coding languageExperience working with Microsoft T-SQL DatabasesMust be a strong user of one or more of these: T-SQL, Oracle SQL or Snowflake SQLKeywords: C# Developer, Residential Real Estate, Whole Loans, Web Development, Snowflake, Microsoft T-SQL, REMOTEPlease send resume to: Jim Geiger jeg@analyticrecruiting.com
