JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Position Responsibilities:

Develop and integrate the Sunbelt platform with external partners to drive operational automation and efficiency.
Lead business process integrations into ServiceNow, including ITBM, GRC, HR Delivery, CSM, and ITSM.
Coordinate, design, and execute the standard integration of LDAP & 3rd party applications into the ServiceNow environment.
Develop scripts and code for API’s and webservice integrations, i.e. , jQuery, Prototype libraries, Java, and CMDB or asset integrations.
Customize workflows, code Business Rules and UI Scripts using JavaScript to create custom applications and configurations.
Configure roles, permissions, business rules, and UI policies.
Work with administrators and process owners to resolve business process workflows using the baseline ServiceNow configurations.
Complete functional/technical designs and associated estimates to meet defined requirements.
Maintain design documentation (requirements, design documents, build, deployment, install guides) and process standards along with regular audits to validate accuracy.
Staying up to date with the latest releases and product enhancements.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other relevant field or equivalent work experience.
7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Experience creating workflows for creation, business rules, UI Policies, and data integrations.
Experience in Agile/Scrum development cycle environments.
Ability to develop/configure and enhance core applications, including, but not limited to, platform UIs, service portal, mobile applications, tables, forms, lists, catalogs, workflows, roles, properties, business rules, ACLs, dashboards, homepages, and reports.
Strong ability to design, build and deliver workflows and Service Catalog items.
Ability to multi-task between growth projects, platform maintenance projects, and addressing current open issues.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical key stakeholders.
Strong understanding of CSDM and CMDB, including integrating, importing data using asset discovery tools.
Advanced understanding of ServiceNow platform use in development, test, and production environments.
ServiceNow Developer certification required.
ITIL v3 certification highly preferred.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.  Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.  All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.
