Sr. Salesforce Build Coordinator

The position is responsible for coordinating the successful delivery of all Salesforce projects and enhancements from initial request through production implementation. The position will work across several streams of business units to schedule the incoming requests based on available resources. The Build Coordinator will continue to monitor the status of requests in the pipeline and make the final decision of what will be in the build. The position is on the Salesforce Center of Excellence team and will work closely with DevOps, QA, Developers, and the Change Management Group.

• Triage, identify Risks and schedule all Salesforce projects and enhancement requests.
• Manage the Salesforce implementation schedule.
• Manage change across multiple teams and integrated systems.
• Avoid blackout dates and holidays.
• Provides updates to product owners.
• Responsible for creation and management of all Salesforce COE change requests.
• Responsible to track all SDLC milestones across lower environments for successful deployment.
• Coordinate successful deployments by aligning resources for production deployments.
• Coordinate deployment of managed packages and upgrades from the Salesforce App Exchange.
• Analyze impact and identify risk to business processes.
• Responsible for documenting, tracking and reporting on all outstanding issues.
• Manage pre and post deployment steps.
• Escalates incidents in a timely manner and involves appropriate personnel as required.
• Maintain Jira dashboards that provide visibility to the overall status of the build cycle.
• Decision early on in the process on what stories will be deployed and stories should be moved.
• Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Completes all required compliance training.  Maintains knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar’s internal compliance policies and procedures.  Takes responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Information Technology preferred.
• Scrum Master Certification preferred.
• Agile Methodology training preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience with a combination of programming plus project management, business analysis, development, or systems analysis.
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Proven process design and implementation experience with ability to integrate people, process and technology to deliver measurable service results.
• Results-oriented, able to quickly sort through information with limited or no supervision.
• Experience working collaboratively with various groups with potentially disparate goals and objectives.
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Azure, or similar collaborative tools.
• Superior problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and communication skills with the ability to make independent decisions. 
• Must be a quick learner and able to assertively engage with resources at all levels within the organization.
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives while staying on course to meet deadlines.
• Strong project management skills managing the full project life cycle with system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.  Microsoft SharePoint is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to work extended hours especially for off-hour deployments.
• In-depth banking system & product knowledge as well as banking industry standards and federal regulations is a plus.
